I have spent long 32 years for improving Sexual and reproductive health and rights situation in Bangladesh as an activists as well as program implementer.

Presently, I am leading the Reproductive Health Services Training and Education Program [RHSTEP] as Executive Director of the organization since 2001.

I was also performed in different position in Menstrual Regulation Training and Services program [MRTSP] since 1986 such as Director, MR Training & Services Program from 1999-2001; Deputy Director, MRTSP from 1989-1998; Research Officer, 1986-1989;Worked as Training Coordinator in MRTSP during 1983-1985 period.

Also worked as Research Officer of Bangladesh Association for Prevention of Septic Abortion [BAPSA] during 1985-1986

I was also performed in different senior positions in RHSTEP during July 1995 to August 2007.

I also worked as an Executive of Rangs Electronics, Bangladesh during February – June 1995.
